Senior Associate Director of Knight Frank Indonesia, Hidayat Fakky, in a press release on Monday (2/20/2012), states, Seminyak area in Bali recorded an average occupancy rate is highest for private villas in 2011 amounting to 74.7 percent. After Seminyak, highest occupancy rate for Bali private villa is Canggu, 65.6 percent, Sanur 58.5 percent and 58.1 percent in Ubud.
“Seminyak area is still in demand, but the effect of congestion and intense competition will affect the level of occupancy.
